I wasn't informed that I may pick up my router

On 02/01/2015 I visited a Vodacom store in Ermelo since I experienced problems with my router. They sent it to Nelspruit for repairs. On 02/01/2015 I received an SMS with the job number. On 05/01/2015 I received an SMS confirming that the job has been received by Vodacom Repairs WICC Nelspruit. On 02/02/2015 I visited the Vodacom store in Ermelo enquiring regarding the router. They informed me that it has not been done yet and that the best they can do to help is to migrate my service to a 1GB MI Month-to-Month-TopUp. Which I then did. 2 weeks ago I phoned Vodacom and was told that the router is in transit. I phoned the Vodacom store in Ermelo yesterday and was informed that the router has been at their store since 08/01/2015! The store didn't even have the decency to contact me asking me if I maybe didn't receive the SMS informing me to pick it up. Even on 02/02/2015 when I was at the store they didn't tell me it is ready for collection. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Vodacom. In the mean time I paid R129 EVERY month since January and could not use the data. This is the 3rd time that I gave the same model router in for repairs.
