I was told to come by Vodacom

Vodacom Mooirivier Mall, Potchefstroom. I went to open a new contract on Tuesday, after which Vodacom needed stock on a Lenovo laptop. They called me yesterday (Thursday) that the laptop had arrived. Today I went back to vodacom to get the laptop with it's accessories. I was told to come but when I got there a router had just been sold which was supposed to be given to me. I was then told that i couldn't get my laptop or anything else because of a policy and that even the Vodacom 4U in the same Mall that did have the router couldn't give it to the vodacom I was at. I was told to come and made an effort to get there just to find nothing. Now I have to wait another week for the laptop which I needed to study on for exams.
