I was sold a LIE by Vodacom

I was called by a vodacom agent on the 8th of Feb to enquire whether l wanted to upgrade 2 of by data plans. These numbers being 082####762 and 072###744. Part of reason l accepted the upgrade proposal was that the 072###744. would get more data meaning my daughter who uses this line would benefit from this additional data. And the sales proposal also included a free router on the 082####762. When l enquired when my router would be delivered since it’s been almost over 2months now, Vodacom says on their system they can see the upgrades but there is no router involved. So, in a nutshell l was sold a lie (a dud) just so l can accede to the upgrades. Now l can see why the "Please Call Me" inventor is struggling with this ******** enterprise called Vodacom.
