I was ripped of *****......

I went to Vodacom rentaphone at OR Tambo International Airport to get help from a Technician to help my modem connect with the internet as it was not the sim card and modem was new .After an hour he claimed he had fixed and charged me R200 I insisted on the slip only to see the invoice say Battery charge fee R199 and told me that he has no R1 s change.I have been to Jabulani Mall and was helped to configure setting for free before.I realized the sim card was not working as it was not rica from provider I still have this sim card to show as proof that all it needed was to be rica.I don't understand why the till slip does not say configure settings and the price.I was there on 21/06/2015 time the slip was printed was 15:12:30.I would like a refund I stay 40km from airport and what angers me he used a sim card that was not mine to pretend it was fixed he showed me that it was working than went to backoffice to put back my one not working and the ***** and dishonesty to charge me R200 this is riducolous and Im disgusted at the way I was treated at this outlet can I please have my R200 back disappointment for a big brand..<br>
