I was promised a next day delivery

Two weeks ago I ordered a phone online (which was out of stock). Last week Thursday a lady (I didn't get her name) called me to advised me that the phone I ordered is still out of stock, I then requested her to check which phone is in-stock, she checked for me and she found an A3 phone which was in-stock, we finalise the application and she told me the phone was going to be delivered on Monday because it was Thursday afternoon. I got a confirmation email with a reference nr to track and trace my phone with Ram Group. Yesterday I traced on Ram website and I couldn't find anything, I chatted to the agent on-line who told me that it means that they haven't received the phone from Vodacom. I called vodacom on-line call centre and the lady that answered the phone had no clue which phone I ordered last week, she told me she can only see the phone I ordered two weeks ago which is out of stock, she then told me that the person who assisted me last week Thursday is from After-sale team, and she's the one who can assist me regarding my issue, she then transferred my call, I was on hold for almost 30 mnts and no one answered. I really don't know what else to do, will I get the phone or not?
