I was promised a 5g signal booster installation.
Dear vodacom. After speaking to the technical department after a year of issues with your tower in my area. You guys promised me a 5g booster installation at my premises and told me this would happen in the next 6 weeks. It's been 2 and a half months now. And no one has contacted me yet.
Please assist.
