I WAS PROMISED A 3 TO 5 DAY DELIVERY , not done

Good day. i had signed up for the the tablet and 2 gig data deal...i was promised a 3 to 5 day delivery.i had told them to please deliver to my work adress as i need to sign for it and i work mon to friday. they had wrongly captured my delivery adress as my home adress. i had to call again to change the delivery adress and it takes 2 days after that for delivery. i clearly told the lady MAMPHO they require an email for change of adress and her name on the 4/3/2015. she sent a a ref no EC-0W30-2U4DZR. on the 5/3/2015,RAM COURIERS had no email to confirm changes, i had to call again to follow up and its only at 10h24 they sent the email on the 5/3/15, it will only be delivered on the 6/3/2015 and i have to avail myself for collection.my job requires me at times to leave the office and now i cant . i put my things on hold for 3 days now awaiting the package...i think its unprofessional as when they offered me the deal they gave me all the postives.if i never call anyone i would have still be waiting for a call for delivery.<br> VODACOM offers a call back service which either cuts off or you cannot hear the person on the other side . you have to start call again to start the process again
