I was ignored for asking about the bad reception

I live in Randburg (Bordeaux) and the reception is terrible - non existed at times. i once contacted the call centre and i was on the phone for 45 minutes without any success. <br> Last week, i contacted their social media team on Twitter @vodacom to ask them about the terrible reception and they referred me to @vodacom111. I'm still waiting for their response but what is more annoying is that @vodacom111 ignored my tweet and has been responding to other queries!<br> <br> Why is the reception in Bordeaux so bad though!?? Can someone just give me an answer! so many people are complaining about it! I honestly do not appreciate @vodacom111
