I was contaced by Freedom Sizwe from Vodacom after I requested upgraded on 5 numbers on my account. None of the options I chose were effected. Instead I’m now being charged extra for options I did not choose. And it’s proving impossible to reverse this. Vodacom simply does not respond to my requests. Also, Freedom Sizwe **** to me about options to contact him directly
