I want to log a complaint against them

I want to log a complaint against them. I was contacted by a sales agent to do an upgrade, the agent promised 2 ear pods as gifts. The courier company delivered my phones this morning but to my surprise no wireless ear pods. I logged it with Vodacom and they said it was not part of the quote, I asked them to listen to the call. I am waiting on their response.
