I want out!

While I cant fault the fibre service I got from vodacom for a few years, the general customer service is appalling at best. I moved house and wanted to transfer my line to the new property and was told that this takes 30days. I advised the lady I spoke to that this would not work for me as I am reliant on fibre...wroking from home and all. She told me that she could arrange an interim LTE solution which would provide 100GB for 30 FOR FREE. I then decided to go with the process only to be told by another lady that I was misguided. I then decided to drop everything and go with another service provider. My real issue was with trying to cancel the existing service. I call on the 1st of March and was told that the cancellation would go as requested. I received an invoice on the 15th with the usual subscription which I queried and was told that there is a 30 day notice period which I begrudgingly accepted. However, I was informed that my initial request to cancel was not logged and i would need to start the 30 day period again. I could not accept this as I had nothing to do with the request not being logged and I insisted that the call recording be retrieved, I even had dates and exact times of when i made the request. I was told that this was not going to happen. I was advised that the lady who dealt with me originally would be contacted to explain why this was not logged and was placed on hold until the call eventually cut off. I haven't heard from Vodacom since then. I expect better from Vodacom and i think vodacom should also expect better of themselves.
