I want My VodaBucks back

I have been waiting for Vodacom to refund me my Vodabucks as they cancelled my FLIGHT and HOLIDAY VOUCHERS without my knowledge. I’ve been told since forever that the refund has been approved but hey I’m still waiting. I refused to be credited 250 Vodabucks instead of 2950, remember it was not my fault so I want my refund, I know my RIGHTS. Do not undermine your customers Vodacom, we bring food to your table, without us there is no Vodacom....

Thank you for your quickest response, refund done in less than 4 hours. My refund is 2950 and I only received 2500, please refund the remaining Vodabucks being 450, I am waiting
