I want my refund from Vodacom

I canceled a contract with Vodacom due to a wrong package, to my surprise I an still debited.

I went to Vodacom store at Kolonnade, for a refund I was told the refund is done from customer care. I was given the customer care number to contact. When I contact the customer care, I am told the refund is done from the branch. Then I went to the branch again, I was told the same story. I Really don't know which step to take , I want my refund is been long.
