I have been getting your auto replies saying an agent will call till today no one has. I want my money back.VODACOM REFUND ME MY MONEY THAT WAS DEBITED DUE TO *****.THIS IS SICKENING THAT EVEN COMPLAINTS DEPT IS GIVING PATHETIC SERVICE

I'm still waiting for the refund you had advised its in progress. Not sure which systems Vodacom uses for refunds to take this long or Im suppose to write another review about this pathetic service
