I want my phone back

<p>on the 9th of this month i sent my phone for repairs again at vodacom, and i was given the ****piest service ever by one of thei consultants who was rude and whenever i asked something he said that he did not know. he said that my phone would be back in three to seven days but it never returned, ui then called their customer service which said a different story. i have requested time and time again that my contract be cancelled because of their service and till this time they are giving me the run around. please help me hello peter i honestly need to cancel this contract i am done with the Vodacom and its bad service.........</p>
