I want my phone and my money

Please help! Vodacom is taking money from me for a TV they never provided and they don't want to give my money back! Furthermore, my phone has been in repairs for 3 full months and they are not giving that back either! I have never experienced such bad customer service. I am at my wits end! Please can someone help me!
