I want my numbers to be cancelled on contract

Shoooo am still shocked with the responds i get from vodacom so far rude consultants for only one day i received 2 of them and 1 ended the call on me.i received a call this morning from 082 number thise who attend to your complains that guy was so rude by the name of lesley abrams he told me that i have to listen to him and after that he dropped the call and went back to hello peter and responded as if we agreed on one thing which we did not i dnt know who gave him the rights to scream at me this guy is forgetting am contributing in his salary secondly i called 082111 i spoke to sam she dropped the call without giving me any possitive feedback i called again waited again for 20 min only to find worse of them by the name of thando mkhize she is so rude i asked to speak to the supervisor heeee she told me there is no supervisor to take calls and they are also not in the building an i asked for someone incharge in the floor i got the same responds from her i asked to speak to the previous consultant she said to me we have so many call centers and by the way the person u want is not available so vodacom you dnt have a team leader to assist cause those people dnt know their job.<br>
