I WANT MY NUMBERS RECYCLED NOW !!!

I am utterly disgusted by Vodacom and how they treat clients , myself and my husband has had our phone numbers for over 15 years and running our business from it , Vodacom **********ly added insurance on my account that I ended up paying for almost a year , when I contacted them to confirm they denied and I took the case to the short term Ombudsman which of course I won and they had to credit me however trough out that process I stopped paying up until I got my credit/ refund from them the case was then resolved and credits passed over two months ago where it was confirmed that I should pay + minus 13K , a few weeks back our number just went off the network without informing us nothing! , I did not have any means of contact so Vodacom went and handed the account to a collection agency that never made contact with me not even once , today I called because I wanted to settle the 13 K odd as per my knowledge the collection agent says that she will send me an sms and an email , to my surprise the have added an additional 7k on the amount as per SMS “ Burnard Raaff & Ass: ABSA, A/C: ***, Branch: 632005 REF No:JHB*** EMAIL:*** Bal:R20628.58 whatsapp/tel:*** “ which is crazy , I asked the Lady how the hell did this get to 20k and what happened to the credits that was passed due to the Ombudsman case , she says that she will contact Vodacom to get the correct amount, Secondly our numbers were deleted from the Vodacom network without informing us ***. & *** are our business numbers and we are loosing a lot of business as a result of this , I will contact media24 / Beeld newspaper and expose Vodacom for the ********** that they are , I want my numbers back which I will port to a different network and for someone to come back with the correct outstanding balance because I want to settle Vodacom and delete them from my life ! You can call me on *** if not I will go to the media and expose you for what you are.
