I want my money back Vodacom!!!

Vodacom is such a useless service provider. Purchased a router in January, it has not been working. I’ve been contacting them and going to the store, they logged service requests but nothing was ever done. They ended up sending a technician last month who advised me that their network does not cover my area, why was I not made aware when I purchased the router? I was only advised that my area is covered. They collected the router last week and promised to cancel my contract at no cost and refund me. Now when I call them, they are telling me that I won’t get a refund as this was purchased at a store and not online. What is funny is that they continue debiting my account without fail for a service I’m not even getting. Vodacom treats its customers like we are fans, I’ve been with them for more than 15 years I think it’s time I reconsider. I’m so livid!!!!
