I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Good day. I am posting here because i hope that someone can help me now. I am now really fed up with this Vodacom bull S. Beware of there **** where they put up their gazebos and sell fibre to you. They give you a package what is honestly promising and not bad. Because we had no fibre as yet they gave us the 100gig LTE for the time being until we get fibre in our area. We have moved to a new home about 3 month ago where there is fibre. We have notified them and since then. THEY CHARGE US FOR THE LTE THAT WE HAVE AND ALSO CHARGE US FOR THE FIBRE THAT IS NOT EVEN INSTALLED AS YET. First of all. That was not the deal. If we have had the fibre installed the LTE PACKAGE would have automatically been cancled. And now second of all. It has been 3 months battling....... Phoning everyday, and still waiting for a response from them. Vodacom is only full of promises and care nothing about their clients. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THIS PROBLEM SOLVED THIS WEEK STILL PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
