I want my money back 😠

Vodacom is a ****, I had a phone contract with them 2019 and then 2020 March I settled the account and send them proof of cancelation but they have been deducting my money on a monthly basis. I only noticed that this year February and when I requested them to pay me back they never did and I have been sending emails but no respond.
