I want my money back

In December I won an option to download a song as part of Vodacom Play Everyday. I got an SMS with details and/or url and I downloaded the song. After downloading the song I received an SMS that I have subscribed to Music something at R9.99 per week.
Since that time my airtime kept on disappearing. I called Vodacom the day after Christmas and a nice friendly lady assisted me and I got all my money back, it was even more than I expected. She then told me that the subscription was cancelled, I was very happy with the results.

After a while, it started again. My airtime is still disappearing after i recharge. This thing happens every week. I have been calling Vodacom but no one seems to be getting it right. On the 8th of February 2017, I received an SMS that I must forward a screenshot of the SMS that shows that I have won music download to this email address. I mean really, who keeps those messages in their phones? Even if I did keep that message, my phone automatically deletes messages that are older than 30 days, so I would not have it either. This thing happened in December for goodness 'sake. My partner is even fed up of Vodacom agents requesting to speak to him because my phone is in his name.

Well, the long and short of the story is that I am still losing my airtime and I am not happy with it. The last person I spoke to at Vodacom said I must go to *111# and select services, then subscription and unsubscribe from there. I did exactly that but it said I am not subscribed to any services.

This thing is frustrating me now because every time I buy airtime I must immediately convert it into minute with the fear that it will disappear
