I WANT MY MONEY AND DATA BACK

moments ago, I loaded 12 rand and i activated 60MB with an alert from Vodacom that I av been debited and the next few minutes i realised am out of data and out of my airtime, this has been happening, like about 2 weeks ago i loaded 29 rands and am to transfer data to a friend and suddenly my my credit was gone and i checked and i only had 29rands worth of data which i have not requested, but today please they must kindly return my data and my air time thanks.
