I want my Huawei P40 dual sim or my money back

If I wanted a single sim phone... I would had asked for an iPhone. I can't afford to move from dual to single sim phone worse for R13 000... And be told after that the 2nd slot was deactivated

Just received a call from the manager at the store saying exactly what I saw coming... That is his word against 2people(me and the person who payed for the phone) ... I asked the guy 3time if is a dual sim phone. He said yes even showed me the 2 IME number on the box, this is soo unacceptable even the fact that they asked him without my presence, which means they could have easily told him to deny everything. What do I have to do now because this phone is useless for me if is not dual sim. I didn't even think about the return period because I trusted the fact that he said it is a dual sim and showed me the 2IME number.

If we cannot trust people in the store helping us ,then we must suffer?

If Vodacom decides to deactivate a 2nd sim slot, then why keep the 2 IME number on the box?
