I want my data bundles back

Morning<br> Today morning I recharged my fone with 29 rand airtime then I bought data bundles using my bank account data od R59 of which is 250mb but 2 o clock vodacom told me im only left with 5 md and 10 rand airtime I called their call centre and their consultant told me I was on internet of which was a lie I was on whatsap and as for their informqtion whatsap is not a data consuming social network. They never gave me a clear answer of what happen to my data. I want them back. Cause now it sound as they stole my data and I remember 1 day they stole ma airtime and told me I have supscription at the end they said they are sorry they brought my airtime now I want my data they can' t tell me stories. And their consultant dropped my call of which is rude
