I want a response from vodacom

Some one opened the contract under my name , I called Vodacom to address the issue.<br> They gave me an email address that I'm supposed to send my details to, stating that I don't have contract with Vodacom. Vodacom legal collection had rep**** my email and gave me reference number (EC-0XK0-1FTFBV) which shows that they got my details. I'm worried now because it been a month I sent my details to them but they didn't get back to me .The problem is that I can't do anything since I have a bad name because of this *****. please assist me before I go for legal attention on my own.
