I want a refund- you have not done your job
I spoke to a consultant to cancel my contract 8 months ago. AFTER CONFIRMING THE CONTRACT WOULD BE CANCELLED THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT.
GRRRRR USELESS. HOW DO I GET A REFUND AND GET MY CONTRACT CANCELLED
