I want a refund - not a new watch

I logged a complaint last week regarding the kids watch I purchased from the Vodacom shop at Eastgate. Firstly it took them such a long time to give me feedback and after my complaint I get a call from Victor to come and fetch a new watch. I DO NOT want a new watch there have been many reviews indicating this watch is problematic. How is it going to assist my child in an event of an emergency when the battery fails . GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!
