I want a new phone not a referbished one

Vodacom is really making me mad they said this morning its the mother board so i said so just give me a new phone but no they wil replace it its a christmas gift but now i wont get it after christmas i am really ****ed.i am a contract customer for over 10 years and this is the service i get no man its really bad.
