i want a new phone

After a laid a complaint about this whole thing, apparently my phone fixed within a couples days, i got an a couple of sms's advising that i should collect my phone at Westgate... yoh when i got there, i was happy finally i am getting my phone, BOOM!!! when i open the phone, the back glass cover is smashed, they even written BRE on it, that mean its Beyond Repair. i didn't say anything, i just walked out the store leaving the phone there with them. disappointed!!! even Louise the consultant who booked in the phone, does not remember seeing the phone like that, she was also surprised why the phone was like that. i am so angry, i am tired of Vodacom!!!!!!
