I've been **** to and the staff are *********** !!
My iPhone 64.GB is insured with Vodacom so when the screen cracked I believed it would be a relatively pain free process. How wrong I was. It is now almost 5 weeks later and still no phone. They told me the insurance will take up to 48 hours to approve my claim. When I entered the shop checking on the progress of the claim 48 hours later, they had lost my claim. I had to again fill in form even though I had done the exact process 48 hours previously. They gave me the temporary phone which did not even work so I had to return to the shop to change that only another 24 hours later. The iphone was then returned to the shop because it was on. No one informed me the I had to turn it off. I was not notified of this so only found out when I returned to the shop a week later wondering what was going on. I had to fill in the same insurance forms again for the third time. I was then turned into the middle man talking to the insurance while in the shop talking to Vodacom on one hand and conveying the message to insurance. Fikile had assured me that the claim was prioritized as it had been a month already. Insurance told me that did not happen. My patience has been abused.
