I'v had enough with Vodacom

In November 2015 I took a Vodacom contract for the sony z5 , a few day's later I noticed a few problems with my phone so I sent it in for repairs and in December I received a brand new phone. A year later (December 2016) I started having those little problems again so I sent my phone in for repairs for the second time, my replaced phone (also for the second time) took more than the expected time to reach me and got lost in the process, only to find out this third phone was ×10 worse than the phone I gave in, it was basically falling apart. I then at my own expense travelled all over durban looking for a Vodacom store to help me (none were helpful except vodacom in Umhlanga) after eventually giving in the third phone, I was replaced yet again with the fourth phone, which was again broken and a used 2nd hand phone.I again sent that phone in ,after a few weeks, they returned the broken ,2nd hand phone to me in Cape town ,where i am studying . Not to my suprise still broken and yet again have to send it in for repairs. This is absolutely frustrating. This is the fifth time I'v had to book my phone in. I am paying for a phone that I currently don't have because it is always booked in for repairs with Vodacom or broken. I dont understand how Vodacom can get away with this. This entire situation has put me through great inconvenience and cost. This is ridiculous. How much does it actually take someone to do their job and provide a good service.
