I THOUGHT MOVING TO VODACOM WAS A GOOD IDEA

I would like to express my frustration with everyone regarding Vodacom.

I decided to cancel my contract with CellC as I thought moving to Vodacom would be a better choice. I was wrong! It all started on the 30th November when I went into Vodacom at Canal Walk to port my sim to a vodacom sim card where it took me over an hour as their systems were down. Then after filling out forms and being promised that the documents would be sent to get approved, I waited until Thursday and nothing happened. Meanwhile I have no cellular access as my contract was terminated with CellC.

Then on Thursday to see what is happening with my port and the man said to me that it was never recorded. He kindly re did it and then the next day my sim got activated. Lets not take into consideration petrol costs. On Friday I went to IStore to receive my Vodacom contract with my new sim. I received my new phone. Everything was signed and added onto the Vodacom system. I am still waiting to receive my data etc that I signed for which it has now been nearly a week. This means I have had no cellphone usage for nearly 2 weeks due to Vodacom incompetency. I am still waiting with no help from the care line.
