I suggest a member of top management contact me

I have received no response from two hello peter posts.

Still no call back from Vodacom to rectify the problem.

Continuously ignored on calls.

Continuously ignored when trying to sort out the problem.

I am now in direct contact with Carte Blanch and the media. Enough is enough when a large corporation such as Vodacom get away with inconsistencies and ***** to the benefit of themselves.

I have had endless problems with no means of anything ever getting sorted out.

Please see below the post which i have posted a week ago:

"

Again i write on here for Vodacom, the only way things get sorted. On the 5th of May 2016 @ 09:02AM I upgraded one of the numbers in my name.

Upgraded for the Huawei P8 Lite in white on the uChoose 200, ie: R200 airtime at a discount cost of R189

There was then a fault on the system (only picked up by Vodacom once we phoned for an update, if not phoned nothing would have happened) and therefore the upgrade did not go through which is understandable as there was a fault on the system.

They then told me on the phone that they cannot give me the deal at R189 and only at R199 as the deal is closed which i find to be highly ********* and incompetant.

I need this phoned to be delivered urgently by the end of this week including compensation.

I will no longer accept Data or airtime as compensation as this is a quick and cheap way out for Vodacom.

I have another cell number in my name also due for an upgrade.

I will be satisfied if both cell numbers are upgraded with the same phone and package but both at a reduced monthly price.

Further to this as I have never been a satisfied Vodacom customer (I have moved my personal number to MTN/Afrihost) and will only be satisfied if the above compensation is exeptionally reasonable, you may view my prior complaints to assess the reasoning for my frustration.

I have unfortunately emailed Carte Blanch for a meeting and interview."

I highly suggest that I am called by 12 today the 19th to avoid further action.
