I still don't have a contract

I went to vodacom eastgate last week with the hope of getting a new contract from the provider. Benson was the agent that was helping me. i went there with all my documents and i was so excited. Benson made me wait for an hour and a half as i wait for him to tell me the system is offline and the document i have are not valid (i went with my three month bank statement, proof of residence and payslip not sure what else he wanted). i have been trying to get a contract for 4 months now and have not been helped. If you are looking for good service don't go to Vodacom. Vodacom could have saved me the time not have had me waiting as if i have nothing better to do with my time.
