I Still Do not have a Unrestricted APN IP Address

I app**** for an Unrestricted APN on Tuesday. due to my cursive Writing the technicians of Vodacom thought it was a Number 1 instead of a 4!

so i re sent the document to *** again thursday i did not get the Unrestricted APN IP address on friday i phoned 082 135 and some support person does not understand What port forwarding is. Very angry about this issue.

Can SOMEONE From the Networking Department Please Contact me regarding the Unrestricted APN IP address. my IP address is still 41.13 even with the Unrestricted Active on the Huawei B525 Router.i do not know if it is the router or the network problem on vodacoms end :(
