I still cant believe this!!!!!1
I had quite an unbelieveable weekend this past week and its all thanks to vodacom. I woke up on Saturday morning having recieved a video on whatsapp to watch after i downloaded this video my data had run out with i understood now here starts the interesting part, I then did a airtime advance with them and bought worth R9 which was equivalent to 60MB's barely 2 mins after i did that to my surpise i revcieve a "your data has run out" sms. Later drived to a store to get some airtime of which i bought x2 of R12 airtime , so obviously the 1st one paid for the airtime advance great the second one i converted to data which to my surprise again 1 min later i get the "Your data has run out" sms . head back to the store to buy another x2 R12 convert them to data bundles then BOOOOM "Your data has run out" sms a min later again. Later on the day i go to the atm and do what i usually do on a monthly bases , i get 250MB's worth R59 of data bundles , then wait for it BAAAAAM 2mins later "your data has run out" sms. Now by this time im fustrated so i call the customer care line this girl answers and we talk about this and her 1st argument is that im using the interenate and i reply no dear im not and even if i wanted to use that internate with the time frame vodacom is chowing my data i wouldnt be able to do that. Second excuse is "Your using 4g move it to 2G" , i reply that has been that way since i got this phone and i got this phone last year that has never been an issue before. The she says look it looks like internate because you not subscribed to anything which again i say how and when did a access internate so quick . she comes back and says no wait its a subcription . so basically she had no answer for me , I ask to speak to the supervisor then boom she hangs up. Now Im a very paitent being so i call again this time get a super friendly girl and ask her in a friendly manner to please direct me to the supervisor , she does that with the best attitude and 2mins later im talking to the supervisor and she honestly did the best she could do by loging a call to check exactly what happend and we hang up with things sloved (Partialy so). Yesterday get an sms that i was billed correctly but they gave me 270MB and ask me to check my data usage. I check my data usage and guess what the only thing I had on was my whatsapp no other apps where on (which was advised to me that i do that by consultants at iStore as they found that most Networks were blaming them when in actual fact it was the netsworks issue). BOOOOOM again no atleast shame you gave me 15 mins for that to "run out" . I then walk down the street to a friend who work for iStore and ask him whats going on because by this time i could really believe it wasnt your faulst but the phones. He plugs it in and says look i dont see anything that could be a problem with the phone it looks like you always have all the apps off and only ever have whatsapp on so the phone itself is not using up the data ,check with your network provider. So this is me checking i need a print out of all the times at which i accessed the internate from Saturday morning until yesterday and the sites i went into ( And I know you have access to that so please dont lie to me) so i can evaluate this for myself beacuse i do not access internate with my mobile data only with wifi thats availble at home ( That by the way includes facebook). I will be waiting for this from you.
