I so hate vodacom is a ****

I app**** for a promo in vodacom of p40 huewei which comes along with the huewei smart watch than they told meci dont qualify i qualify for p something which was r2000 an i rep**** no im sorted i use p20 so wanted p40.after i thought everything has changed than they called me for delivery and i said what kind of a phone cause i thought maybe they decided to offer me the p40 and the courier lady said i cannot tell so rather be returned to them than they will call you or call than ask...ohm fine she hang up the phone than i called vodacom than they said is y something and i rep**** im fine i dont want it.the lady even said dont worry will cancel it i have canceled it.than suddenly on a Saturday i get a message that i have received my order .how?who signed for it and how on a Saturday cause i dont work on a Saturday.so it means is inside job by when i call they say i have no contract with them thy see nothing..but they debit my account than i distupe it every month cause they change ref so bank said i should change my card.now their debt collectors are calling me saying im going to be blacklisted im owing vodacom but when i call vodacom they say is been canceled by their credit collectors office they will send me cancelation letter cause their debt collectors said where is proof i said i have nothing cause always vodacom say we have canceled it will send you cancelation letter even now im still waiting.i hate vodacom with all my heart nw they are ruining my credit score and now they will make me not buy a car or house because of something i dont know..so it means their admins are ****** cause when i ask even about the debts they say is not them like how?..
