I say No to R30 sim -just to get my number back from de-activation .
Greetings
I have been trying by all means to re-instated my phone number and I have been having problems... and I can never find anyone to talk to me at a vodacom call center and I ended up on the facebook page. I am then told to go to the Vodacom Shop and the last time I was there I was told to buy a sim for 30 rands just to get back a number phone that I have been having for more than 20 years.
I find it unaccpetable that a company so big cannot make it easy for their customers to get back online and using their network. But then also the last time i was at the vodacom. The consultant at Kempton Park Festival Mall made sure to state it to me with arrogant confidence that Vodacom is in the business of making money though the network.
All I want is anumber back and working on a normal sim card. I refuse to pay R30.
please assist.
P.S she/he just ended my conversation with her/him on facebook; when I said :"your response is unacceptable....
I would like you to do a little extra because i really do not believe that i should pay R30 for a sim card."...
Now i seea message to give feedback. But i am not happy or satisfied. I also think this is an issue i should be able toget sorted out online or through call centre easy.
Thank you.
