I requested a copy of my cotract

In November last year I requested a copy of my contract. I am still waiting they told me I had to send them a copy of my ID and also a letter requesting the contract I did that already four times and according to them they could not open my email. They did not contact me to let me now of the fact that they can't open the attachment.<br> <br> All I want is a copy of the contract I took out in 2014 so that Samsung can repair my for bec it's still in the warranty period but they want proof of it.<br>
