I report a contract as *****ulant, 2 Months later Vodacom still deducts R2600 from my Bank Account

<p>I report to vodacom that the contract they have with my details is *****ulant. Supp**** them with an Affidavit, signature samples and ID copies as per their requirement, 2 months later , they still deduct R2600 from my bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>What I still dont understand is how someone at Vodacom Dealer ID: 49775 gives someone a cellphone contract without providing bank statements , ID copies or Salary advice.</p>
