I purchased a a defected Device
Hi on the 2nd of January 2018 i took out a contract i took the Huawei P8 Lite , this device is defective as it is starting to bow . im not willing to pay my contract this month if its not sorted out .
Dear Vodacom with regards to my Phone as suggested by you i got the phone booked in on Saturday today i got an sms stating i need to pay R1800 for the phone , According to the lady at the vodacom repair center that i spoke to over the phone tells me i that the supplier doesnt cover for bending of the the phone , the job card clearly qoutes the the following " Device works fine, Device is under a month old and customer says its bending on its own device is is good condition , the lady tells me i could have had the phone in my back pocket that caused it to bend , im guy a dont keep my phone in m y back pocket , if i did the screen would have been damaged am i correct in saying so ? im not stupid to go and bend a brand new phone im not prepared to pay R1800 thats a cost of a a new phone .JOb card number is ********** 0 , Tech at the phoenix plaza told me it could be a battery problem . ITS A SEALED UNIT . THE HOUSING IS MESSED UP AWAITING UR REPLY IN THIS MATTER . I have also complained on youe facebook page , i have asked the manager from the Vodacom store to give me a full report as to why i must pay for a defective device im not stupid to go and bend the phone espicailly when i use it on a daily basis come on guys be realistic now .
