I phone damages

In dropping my i phone and breaking the screen i was given a quote if R3000 for repairing it. I paid the R3000 and on receipt of my phone it would not work. The solution according to vodacentre bloemfontein is to pay another R3000 or upgrade as i phone doesnt repair phones but replace them with refurbished phones!. Forget the fact that i paid to get a broken phone back. I have upgraded but are now the proud owner of a samsung! Well done to i phone and i phone agents.
