I pay for 250MB but I get 100MB

Today I bought the Vodacon daily data bundles twice, each time for R20 (which is supposed to give me 250) but on both occasion I got 100MB (which is what showed when I immediately checked my balance after recharging). Why is Vodacom doing this? I pay too much already because these data bundles run out quickly.
