I paid off my contract 2013

I lagged behind with my account in 2013 and decided to pay it off in June of that year. I asked for a settlement letter which was sent on the 24th of June 2013 and I asked for the letter confirming that I have paid off the account and it was emailed to on 30 December 2013.<br> <br> On 19 June 2015 at 13:45 I get a call from Matshepo advising that I owe money and I let her know that I don't owe any money and that the account was paid off in 2013. I spoke to Roma who is the Supervisor and the agreement was to send the proof that the account was paid and it was sent to this email address: [Email Removed] and it was on Monday the 22nd of June 2015 at 9:59 and 48 hours later I still get messages on my email to pay the account. <br> <br> So it means two years later my account was never updated!!! This is unacceptable.<br>
