I paid money into my m-pesa card but cant use it

I bought a mpesa card and deposited money- R2000 into my account through ABSA internetbanking like the people at vodacom told me to. First R500 on 15 April 2015 and R1500 on 20 April 2015. It never showed on my card!! I went back to vodacom. They phoned them. Mpesa said I must go to ABSA and tell them to reverse the money. ABSA could not! I went back and they phoned mpesa! They said they can see the money and gave me a email address to send all the detail. the e mail address was non exsisting! Again I went back and they phoned mpesa. Again they talked to supervisor and gave me an email address! AGAIN it did not work!! I went back for the fifth time! mpesa then gave me a ref.nr and said they will come back to me within 24 hours. They did not! I phoned them . They said they were still busy with my case! When can I get my own money? Nobody cares!!!!
