I ordered vodacom fiber through another company

I ordered vodacom fiber through another company. This company is not a problem, they have been trying very hard to help us. Vodacom on the other hand has stated that there is no fiber line at the area we want to install the fiber yet a previous tenant at that address was using Vodacom fibre. so how can they not have fibre at the same address? This is the worst experience I've ever had. Vodacom should get a minus star rating.
