I orderd a black friday deal after call center agent said it would be deliverd in 3days im still waiting

I have placed aHello peter complaint 9n 19Dec about my expirience or lackrhere of about vodacom. Vodacom almost instantly rep**** to the complaint saying they sent an sms( wich i never recieved) and that somebody wil contak me shortly. Im still waiting. I phoned the online department of vodacom AGAIN yesterday with same story no stock i need to wait. Althoug the call centre agent was more careing she did not resolve my issue and added that vodacom online should have kept contack with me. 3day to christmass and i stil di t have my gifts for my family. The contrack i habe with vodacom is a router amd i have asked vodacom to put my cell numer as an alternative num. But here is my number again ********** 566. You can go ahead and cancel that order. Juat to add that on te email i recieved it stated there..... FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY. looks like you dont want my bussnes so ill take it else where today. Verry verry verry upset and disgusted with vodacom.
