I NEVER HAD A M-PESA ACCOUNT

I was instructed to receive a voucher of R400 (after my upgrade) on 04 Nov. 2015, unfortunately (no knowledge why not given to me on the date) I was told to come back on a different date.<br> <br> On the 19th of Nov. 2015 I went to Vodacom to collect my voucher of R400, they said I already been registered as a M-Pesa member and cannot get the R400 voucher.<br> <br> I DO NOT KNOW M-PESA
