I need the CEO of Vodacom to listen to the call
Dear Mr CEO Shameel Aziz Joosub my phone was grabbed out of my hand, on 22 Aug at 4pm. I phoned to blocked the sim and device within a hour. I went to centurion mall at 3:15pm monday the 24 Aug to get my contract nr back on the air. Thus i needed to do a sim swap. I was told by the lady, to 1) wait 2-3 hours to be connected. Then i phoned at at 5pm, and 2) was told to wait 1 hour, because she unblocked me. I phoned at 6pm and 3) Iwas transfered to a coporate departement, but no answer, then i phoned again to 4) *** where a man tried to help me (SENOIR MANAGEMENT please listen to the last call made on 24 Aug, where i was told that he will help and that he will phone back and that i am not allowed to try and phone during the next day, because he will see thatbi phoned then he can not help me. This is gross negligent.
So dear Mr CEO
1) i did deal with 4 people and got 4 different answers
2) gross negligent from client care people at *** in passing the buck and not doing what was told (listen to the calls)
3) After i kept my phone off from 7pm to 7pm, the phone still is NOT connected and still got the Sim no provisioned 2
Awesome ne?
